watched high school musical 3 yesterday with iskandar, gary, iggy and jay ying
hmm, wasn't that bad and den iggy and jay ying went home
and iskandar and gary to buy dye
went to iskandar's hse and they dyed hairrr, i wanted too but i had CCA.....

Today, had training. My wrist hurts again D =
the warm up was crazy - -"
1. ran around the stadium 5 times.
2. jumped 100x
3. did crazy tiring foot work

after the warm up , we were dam tired - -"
and ya played badmintno and my sprained wrist hurts again.
